A Moraviantown First Nation man was arrested this week in connection with the theft of an estimated $170,000 worth of property.
A major investigation led by Lambton OPP resulted in the execution of a search warrant at two Moravian First Nation residences on April 24.
Police said they recovered a wide variety of stolen property linked to at least 20 break, enter and theft occurrences throughout Lambton, Elgin, Kent and Middlesex counties.
Recovered items included a pickup truck, motorcycle, two ATVs, two utility trailers, computers, cameras and gaming consoles, construction equipment and power tools, a generator, sporting equipment, and collectible hockey cards and figurines.
Anthony Snake, 47, faces numerous charges including break and enter, theft under $5,000, two counts of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, and 18 counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
He remains in custody pending a court appearance in Sarnia June 6.
