Plympton-Wyoming asking public to help shape strategic plan
Plympton-Wyoming is developing a new strategic plan.
CAO Carolyn Tripp said there was a plan created by council in the past, but this one is a more community-based model that includes public input.
She said they’re hosting a public information workshop Wednesday night at the Camlachie Community Centre.
“So there will be a presentation to describe what the function and intent of a strategic plan is, and then to get a perspective from the community of what their vision is going forward,” said Tripp. “Certainly this plan is working towards the next 5, 10, 15 years of what the needs are in the community.”
The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. May 15.
