Lambton College is about to officially take the wraps off its new NOVA Chemicals Health & Research Centre.
An opening ceremony is set for 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 15 with tours of the 60,000 square foot facility to follow.

The college's Envision Tomorrow Capital Campaign has raised millions of dollars through community contributions, and government support, for new facilities including the health and research centre.
The third annual President's Gala Saturday is expected to raise in excess of $75,000.

The keynote speaker is the renowned former anchor of CBC's The National, Peter Mansbridge.
The gala includes a gourmet dinner, live music, and silent auctions.
The college's $47 million campus renewal also saw the addition of a new athletics and fitness complex, and energy and bio-industrial centre.
