Bluewater Power seeking customer feedback

Bluewater Power is reaching out to customers for feedback about its services.

Over the next couple of weeks, a third-party survey firm will be contacting residential and commercial customers by phone.

Senior VP and General Counsel Alex Palimaka said this is the third such survey for Bluewater Power.

Ontario Power Generation requires a customer satisfaction survey for all utilities every two years.

He said customers will be asked about service reliability, communication and over customer satisfaction.

"The survey takes about ten minutes to complete over the phone, and we just remind customers that we already have your account number, your personal information and your banking information so just don't provide any of that information," said Palimaka. "It will be a legitimate Bluewater Power call but if somebody asks for your personal information, please feel free to hang up the phone."
