Purple fentanyl seized in major drug bust

Two men and two women face numerous charges in a Sarnia drug bust that resulted in the seizure of dangerous purple fentanyl.

Sarnia police executed a search warrant at a Christina Street South home at around 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Police say they seized 15.34 grams of purple fentanyl with a street value of $7,670, 1,539 grams of marijuana, and 71 grams of cannabis resin.

The total street value of the drugs is $20,292.

Officers also found rounds of ammunition in the residence, and evidence allegedly linking the two male suspects to break and enters to local businesses.

Molly Anne Beauchamp, 23, of Sarnia is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking (fentanyl), possession of cannabis for the purpose of selling, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, and breach of probation.

Jolene Neebing Joseph, 23, of no fixed address is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking (fentanyl), possession of cannabis for the purpose of selling, and breach of probation.

Michael Derrick Williams, 33, of Sarnia is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking (fentanyl), possession of cannabis for the purpose of selling, break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, and breach of probation.

Michael John Garner, 35, of Sarnia is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking (fentanyl), possession of cannabis for the purpose of selling, break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, attempting to act on a forged document, and possession of a firearm or ammunition while prohibited.
