A new court date has been set to hear an application to annul the municipal election in Lambton Shores.
The hearing has been pushed back a week at the request of the municipality.
It's now set for Thursday, February 28 at 10 a.m. in the Superior Court of Justice in Sarnia.
The election results are being challenged by six citizens who allege the municipality contravened several sections of the Ontario Municipal Elections Act in the October 22 vote.
