The Petrolia Oilers Midget Rep team continued their impressive season Sunday with an International Silver Stick championship.
The Oilers won the B championship in Forest after defeating the Wallaceburg Lakers 4-3 in overtime.
Petrolia was trailing 3-1 with under five minutes to play, but two late goals sent the game to overtime tied at threes. That set the stage for 17-year-old Braeden Nickles to score the OT-winner two minutes into the extra frame.
The Oilers went 6-0 in the tournament to improve to 29-9-7 on the season.
