There's news of cutbacks at a Petrolia company just before Christmas.
Sources say ten employees have been laid off at Waterville TG, reportedly the result of the closure of the Oshawa GM plant at the end of next year.
Waterville TG manufactures weatherstripping and sealing products for North American automakers.
There are 627 members of United Auto Workers Local 251 employed at the 47-acre plant on Discovery Line.
The Petrolia site was built in 1999.
