The Guelph Storm scored three goals in the third period including the winner with two seconds left in regulation enroute to a 6-5 win over the visiting Sarnia Sting.
Sarnia led 3-1 after the first period on goals from Jacob Perreault and two from Braden Guy.
It was 4-3 after the second on a goal from Sarnia's Sean Josling.
The Storm scored twice to start the third before Anthony Salinitri tied the game at five following his third goal of the season.
But Nate Schnarr scored his second goal of the game at the 19:58 mark of the third period for the win.
Associate coach Brad Staubitz said it was a back-and-forth game.
"There were points where we had complete control of the game. The take-away from that is we've got to learn how to control the game, manage the puck, get pucks deep when you should and minimize their chances."
Sarnia goalie Aiden Hughes stopped 37 of 43 shots while Anthony Popovich made 25 saves for the Storm.
The Sting play host to Kitchener Saturday at 7:10 p.m. The pregame show starts at 6:40 on 103.9 FM - 1070 AM CHOK.
Elsewhere in the OHL Saginaw edged the Rangers 4-3 in overtime. SSM beat Kingston 4-1. London downed Owen Sound 4-1 and Mississauga clipped Niagara 5-4 in overtime.
