Lambton Public Health is looking for a dog and its owner after the animal bit a girl in front of the post office in Corunna around 2:40pm on Thursday afternoon.
The dog is described as a large black and white Great Dane. The owner is a woman with white hair, believed to be in her 60s.
If the dog and its owner are not found, the girl will require post-exposure rabies shots.
