The City of Sarnia is battling water line freeze-ups.
Director of Engineering Mike Berkvens says they've been taking a lot of calls from people with frozen pipes.
He reminds residents to take precautions to protect your plumbing.
If the pipes run against an outside wall, turn your taps on frequently or leave them at a slow drip.
Homeowners are also reminded to shut off outside taps.
