Cram A Cruiser At Lambton Mall

Sarnia police have parked inside Lambton Mall for Saturday's Holiday Hero Cram a Cruiser.

Constable Jordan Laird says it's the event's fifth year, collecting toys for the Inn of the Good Shepherd's "adopt a family" program.

"It's been a huge success, you never know when you start something how it's going to go but it's been a huge success," says Laird. "The generosity of the community never ceases to amaze, for five years now we've set up at the same spot at Lambton Mall and every year we've been able to exceed our goals and because of that we've had a surplus that we've been able to share with other charitable groups as well."

Officers will be on hand from 11am until 4pm in the atrium near Toys R' Us.

Laird says you can donate a gift of your choice or one from a donation wish list.
