Slippery roads kept emergency responders in Sarnia busy Friday as the city received its first blast of winter weather.
Sarnia Fire and Rescue Services responding to a number of collisions -- including a few rollovers -- on Hwy. 40/Modeland Rd.
A collision was reported just before 1pm on the bridge overpass just south of Confederation St. and shortly after a rollover on Hwy. 40 required the jaws of life to extricate the passengers.
It's not known if anyone was seriously injured.
Motorists have been urged to slow down and drive safely.
