Tossed Beer Bottle Leads To Impaired Driving Charge

A 22-year-old Kitchener man is facing impaired driving charges after a beer bottle was allegedly thrown from a car in Grand Bend on Sunday afternoon.

After receiving a call from a concerned citizen, Lambton OPP stopped a Honda Civic on Ontario St. around 2:20pm.

The driver allegedly blew twice the legal limit and quantities of liquor were seized from the vehicle.

The driver is to appear at the Sarnia Court House on August 28, 2017 to answer to the charges.
