The Judith and Norman Alix Art Gallery in downtown Sarnia will be closed for two months as it prepares for a big October exhibit.
Curator Lisa Daniels says about 75 Masterworks from the Beaverbrook Art Gallery will be on display from October until February.
She says some very impressive pieces of art will be here including a 10 ft by 13 ft piece by Salvador Dali.
Daniels says typically they keep part of the gallery open while changing exhibits, but not in this case.
Work includes packing up the current exhibit, constructing support walls, and then setting up the new art work in the fall.
The gallery is closed to the public from August 4 until October 2.
