The chair of Rail Advocacy in Lambton (RAIL) is thrilled VIA Rail plans to increase passenger service to four trains a day in and out of Sarnia next year.

Houston believes the new trains were announced partially because of significant pressure from grass roots organizations like RAIL.
Expansion plans are subject to VIA working out track availability with freight rail companies.
