Sarnia police have laid charges against both a cyclist and the driver of a pick-up truck in a crash earlier this week.
Officers responded to the intersection of Wellington St., Ontario St. and Mitton St. during the lunch hour Monday.
A male cyclist was taken to Bluewater Health with non-life threatening injuries.
Police spoke with several eye witnesses in their investigation.
The 21-year-old cyclist is charged with riding a bike in a crosswalk and the 23-year-old female driver of the pick-up is charged with making an improper left turn.
The charges carry fines of $110.
