There are 143 city employees on Sarnia's so-called "sunshine list" for those paid $100,000 or more in 2014.
The report for 2013, required under the Public Sector Disclosure Act, contained 138 names.
Police chief Phil Nelson tops the 2014 list at $164,400.
Deputy Police Chief Bob Farlow was the second highest earner at $159,612.
Rounding out the top five are: City Manager Margaret Misek-Evans at $158,049, Staff Sergeant Paul Mamak at $156,460 and former city solicitor/clerk/acting city manager Brian Knott at $150,651.
Fire chief John Kingyens is tenth on the list, earning $139,147.
The annual report was disclosed Friday and is included in the public agenda for city council's Monday meeting.
