Most of the concerns centre on parking, traffic and access.

Five local businessmen, (Charles Dally, Alex Jongsma, Mark Lumley, Kenn Poore and Marty Raaymakers) want to build a health campus on the former hospital site.

The proposal is conditional on the results of building and soil inspections, cleanup estimates, information on re-zoning and commercial leases as well as Ministry approval.

The offer is conditional until March 18 and Sarnia Council will deal with the matter March 2.

The Tuesday February 10 meeting begins at 7pm at the Lochiel Kiwanis Community Centre.
