Sarnia-Lambton real estate sales are off to a solid start in 2015 coming off a record year in 2014.
Board President Jane Baker says 94 properties sold last month with a dollar volume of almost $20-million.
She says the numbers are up over 20 per cent compared to January 2014 stats that were depressed by harsh winter weather.
