Sarnia Lambton MPP Bob Bailey has looked into his crystal ball and thinks this year will bring some challenges for the riding.
He says different municipalities are struggling with increased costs and decreasing tax bases, which will prove challenging in these economic times.
One area hard hit recently, says Bailey, is providing adequate social services.
However, he says there were some positives last year with continued growth in the research park and BioAmber.
