Sting Down Battalion

The Sarnia Sting defeated the visiting North Bay Battalion 5-2 for their sixth straight win.

During the game Friday night, the Battalion scored the first goal of game after six minutes, but their lead was short lived with Sarnia scoring two of their own before the end of the period. The Sting scored three more in the the second to take a 5-1 lead over North Bay.

Letowski says all four lines were effective last night..

Alexandre Renaud, Troy Lajeunesse, Patrick White, Stephen Pierog and Kevin Spinozzi scored for the Sting.

The Sting visit the Saginaw Spirit on Saturday at 7:11pm. Catch all the action starting with the pregame show at 6:40 on CHOK.

Sunday the Sting host Sault Ste. Marie for the annual "Teddy Bear Toss" game at 4pm.
