Nine further charges have been laid against Sarnia's former Fire Chief Pat Cayen.
The Sarnia Police Criminal Investigative Branch says another victim has come forward claiming to have been sexually assaulted by the 55-year-old.
Cayen was arrested on Tuesday, November 18 and charged with four counts of sexual assault, four counts of sexual interference and one count of invitation to sexual touching.
He was held for a bail hearing and released on Wednesday with conditions from court.
Cayen is now facing a total of 63 sex related offences involving six victims.
A publication ban was put in place by the courts prohibiting the time frame, location of offences and identity of the alleged victims from being made public.
Cayen' s employment with the Sarnia Fire Service was terminated in January, 2013.
