Jericho Wind Project 50% Complete (Gallery)

NextEra Energy’s $400-million-plus Jericho Wind Energy project is 50 per cent complete.
A total of 92 turbines are being erected in Lambton Shores and Warwick Township.
Company spokesperson Josie Bird says most of the work to roads and transmission lines is also complete, which has put the project ahead of schedule.
In fact, Bird says all of their projects should be complete by next year.
As many as 300 construction workers are currently working on the project.
Area media were invited to tour the site this week.
