Does your doctor go above and beyond?
Local patients are being asked to submit nominations for the Patient’s Choice Awards.
Sponsored by Bluewater Health, the Patients’ Association of Canada and the Ontario Medical Association, the awards are open to all family physicians and specialists in Sarnia-Lambton.
Patients are asked to write a brief story highlighting their positive experience with their physician online.

The deadline for nominations is next Wednesday, September 5. Submissions will be judges by a panel of patients.
Winners will be announced September 24.
