“Stuff The Bus”

Local residents are being asked to Stuff The Bus Saturday.
Two city transit buses will visit a total of ten area grocery stores picking up non-perishable items for the Salvation Army and St. Vincent De Paul.
The Salvation Army’s Sue Platt says the first bus stops at the Bright’s Grove Foodland at 9am the travels onto Walmart at 10:30am while the second bus starts the day in Corunna, visiting No Frills and then Foodland before moving onto other stores.
Donations will be divided evenly between the two organizations.
Volunteers are hoping to collect 4,500 lbs or more, at least matching donations last year.
