Three Americans Busted At Bridge

Lambton OPP laid weapon and drug charges against three American citizens after an incident at the Blue Water Bridge on Saturday around 7:30pm.
A 19-year-old female driver and two male passengers aged 24 and 26, remained in custody awaiting a Sarnia court appearance Monday, June 9. The three have been charged with possessing a prohibited firearm, importing a prohibited weapon into Canada and possessing cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
During the investigation at the Blue Water Bridge, police say a quantity of suspected cocaine was located as well as a loaded .380 handgun.
