Structure Fire On Exmouth

The Sarnia Fire and Rescue Service was kept busy Saturday.
At around 4pm while crews were putting out a field fire in the 1700,block of Plank Rd., they were called to a house fire in the 800-block of Exmouth St.
The blaze at an attached condo began in the basement and broke through to the main floor.
The residents, a man, woman and baby, escaped unharmed.
Damage is estimated at $25,000.
The investigation into the cause was continuing.
