Water testing begins for the 2014 season on Monday.

Lambton Public Health regularly checks the water quality at Grand Bend, Highland Glen, Brights Grove, Canatara, Pinery Provincial Park and Ipperwash Main Beach.

Public Health Inspector Theresa Warren says the sampling will last throughout the summer until Labour day.

While no sampling occurs along the St.Clair River, caution signs advising high bacterial levels following heavy rainfall are permanently posted at Branton Cundick Park, Brander Park and Seager Park.

Water quality information is available 24/7 by calling the information line at 519-383-3816 or 1-800-667-1839 ext. 3816 or online at lambtonhealth.on.ca
