A scary incident for a Sarnia man last evening.

City police were called to a parking lot on Earlscourt Dr. around 5pm, after reports of a man with a knife in the area.

Police say a 30-year-old man was revving the engine on his motorcycle when he was asked to stop by another man.

Police allege the accused began arguing and brandished a knife as he approached the unarmed man, who fled and called police.

Officers arrested the accused and charged him with carrying a concealed weapon, weapons dangerous and assault with a weapon. He is scheduled for a bail hearing today.
