Busy Weekend For Lambton O.P.P.

Lambton OPP is investigating a break and enter to a commercial business that took place on Friday just before 3:00am.

Officers were dispatched to investigate an alarm at a business located in the 7100 block of Arkona Rd and on arrival officers found that a window to an office was broken.

Further investigation revealed that entry had been gained and a Toshiba laptop computer and a Hewlett-Packard HP laptop computer, both valued at $1,200 were missing.

The investigation continues.

Lambton OPP along with St. Clair Township fire-fighters responded to an abandoned building fire located in the 1000 block of Holt Line at around 11pm Friday.

The fire was quickly brought under control which kept the damage to a minimum. The investigation is continuing.

Lambton OPP have charged a 53-year old Alvinston man with Driving Over the Legal Limit and Impaired Driving..

The arrest occurred Saturday morning around two at the intersection of River and Wallace streets in Dawn-Euphemia township.
