Over 200 people will be recognized at tonight’s 2014 Ontario Volunteer Service Awards in Sarnia.

The ceremony recognizes individual volunteers for continuous service to an organization.

Kathy Gabriel, who led the development of a Student Nutrition Program at Lansdowne Public School, will receive a 10-year award.

Sarnia’s Yvonne Lubos will be recognized for the longest service, 40 years of volunteering for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Certificates and trillium pins are awarded for 5 to 60 or more years of service.

Youth who have volunteered for an organization for two or more years will also be recognized.

The ceremony, at the Imperial Theatre, starts at 7:30pm.
