The Sarnia-Lambton Workforce Development Board is holding a free lunch and learn event Monday.
The keynote speaker is Helen Lomax, the principal of Pathways & Transitions, an organization that helps people achieve personal and professional goals.
Workforce Board Executive Director Vicky Ducharme says the discussion will focus on diversification and improving company bottom lines.
Registration and lunch begins at 11:30am at the Lambton College Residence and Events Centre.
