Conners is moving up the ranks

Listowel's Corey Conners has four top-10 finishes in his last six appearances on the PGA tour.

That includes this past weekend at the RBC Heritage Classic.

Conners finished in a tie for fourth thanks in part to a final round in which he sunk four birdies and finished with a 3-under-68. That moved him to 13-under overall.

Stewart Cink won with a 19-under.

Conners' recent finishes has also propelled him up the FedExCup standings. He's moved to 14th, up from 25th.

Bryson DeChambeau, Justin Thomas and Stewart Cink are the top three.

Conners recent roll started in March at the Arnold Palmer Invitational where he finished 3rd. He followed that up with a 7th place finish at The Players Championship and he also recently finished in a tie for 8th at The Masters.
