PJHL officially cancels 2020-21 season

Following in the footsteps of the GOJHL and Jr. A leagues across the province, the PJHL has officially cancelled the 2020-21 season.

In a release on April 16th, the league states that they did everything they could to try and keep the hopes for some form of competitive season alive, but COVID-19 restrictions and the ongoing pandemic have simply made playing out any form of season impossible. The PJHL Board and member teams are now progressing with plans for a 2021-22 season that will hopefully see the return of hockey to many communities across Ontario.

The PJHL is the largest organized hockey league in the world, with 63 member clubs.
