As local areas moved to Stage 3 of re-opening Friday, both Hanover and Clinton Raceways will welcome up to 100 guests during racing this weekend.
Owners will be allowed in along with one guest to attend the day's race card. On-line registration is set up as first come, first serve.
Masks will be required through the entry checkpoint and at any time during interacting with staff. Social distancing is also mandatory.
Temperature checks and a questionnaire will be conducted with all guests entering both premises.
Both facilities will have no food or beverages available.
Both Hanover and Clinton will continue to offer on-line wagering at www.hpibet.com.
Post time in Hanover is 2 p.m. Saturday and post time in Clinton is 1:30 p.m.
