The Mount Forest Patriots doubled the Mitchell Hawks 6-3 to win Game 7 of their PJHL semi-final.

The Patriots got to work early, taking a 2-0 lead seven minutes into the first period. Mitchell would work to tie it by the end of the first.

In the third Cribbin scored his second goal, also on the power play, to extend the lead by two. Mitchell's Charlie Rankin scored at 9:45 of the third but that is as far as Mitchell would get on the scoreboard.

Gleb Poliakov made 39 saves for the win. Lucas Bain made 34 saves in the Mitchell crease.

Mount Forest goal scorers; Ryley Cribbin (2), Jack Birkett (2), William Black, Michael Stefanelli.

Mitchell Hawks goal scorers; Brett Denny, Zach Dow, Charlie Rankin.

The Pollock Division Final will feature the Patriots and Wingham Ironmen for the third straight time. The finals schedule is expected to finalized Thursday.
