The Owen Sound Attack didn't waste any time in getting themselves back into the game after falling behind 3-1 to Kitchener.
The Rangers went up 3-1 at the 5:50 mark of the third period but Kirill Nizhnikov scored just 18 seconds later to pull Owen Sound to within one. Then Sergey Popov scored with under a minute left in the period to tie the game.
The Attack would go on to win in a shoot out.
Owen Sound out shot Kitchener 46-29 in the game.
