Attack trade goalie MacLean to OshawaSeptember 12, 2019 11:06am
The Owen Sound Attack have made a trade prior to the season starting next week.
Goaltender Andrew MacLean is on his way to Oshawa in exchange for Kingston’s 5th round selection in the 2021 OHL draft. MacLean was drafted by the Attack in the 10th round in 2017. The Port Huron native started 32 games for the team after joining full time in 2018, winning 11 games. Owen Sound was carrying three goalies on the roster, but with the trade of MacLean to Oshawa, the Attack will now have a set tandem of Mack Guzda and Nich Chenard in net.
Owen Sound will open their regular season at home next Saturday, September 21st at 7:30 against Ottawa.
