Owen Sound Selects On A Roll

At the U21 Men’s Canadian Fast Pitch Championships, the Napanee Express clobbered the Stratford Cubs 12-3.
Brussels’ Ty Sebastian was 3-for-4 with a home run and Tavistock’s Tyson Zehr hit a home run as well for the Express. Tyler Randerson was tagged with the loss.
The Owen Sound Selects beat Newfoundland 9-3. The Selects are in second at 4-1 in the standings. Stratford is in fourth at 3-2 along with Napanee.
Owen Sound went on to hammer the host team, Irma Jr Tigers, 15-0. Cody Werner and Mitch Green lead the scoring with three runs each.
Stratford lost their second game of the day 7-5 to the Saskatoon Jr Bullets.
