Lucknow Runner Competes on World Stage

Lucknow native Julie-Anne Staehli was 7th in the FISU cross country race held in Uganda.
The World University championship was on Saturday and Staehli completed the 6 km course in 21:31:34. The top three finishers came from Uganda, with the four to six spots claimed by Japanese competitors. The first place time was 20:33:77.
There were 42 competitors.
Staehli is an Arts and Science Major at Queen’s University.
