Walk a Mile in Her Shoes is coming back to Grey-Bruce in support of the Women's House Serving Bruce and Grey.
On Saturday, May 27 in Port Elgin, walkers can slip into a pair of red high heels and walk a mile to end gender-based abuse and sexual violence. Registration and donation drop-off opens at 2:30 p.m. at the Queens Bar & Grill.
If you're unable to make that walk, Kincardine will hold another one on Sunday, May 28. The donation drop off and registration for that one will open at 12 p.m. downstairs at BarDown.
In addition to the walks this year, the Top Tier Drag Show Walk the Stage After Party will take place on Saturday night. Tickets are $30 in advance or $40 at the door. Doors open at 6 p.m.
All proceeds from pledges or tickets to the events will support the Women's House Serving Bruce and Grey.
