Bruce Power named among Canada’s Best Employers

Bruce Power has once again been named one of Canada’s Best Employers by Forbes.

This is an award based on an independent survey of more than 12,000 Canadian employees.

The evaluation was based on recommendations from employees who would recommend their employers to friends and family. Participants were also asked to give their opinion on a series of work-related topics such as working conditions, salary, potential for development, and company image regarding their current employer.

Bruce Power Executive Vice-President of Human Resources Cathy Sprague said she’s pleased the company’s employees “provide such positive feedback” in the yearly independent survey.

“As a company, we invest in our employees by offering comprehensive training, mentoring and support programs to help people flourish in their careers,” Sprague said. “Our employees are proud of the work they do and the role we play in the clean-energy future for Ontario and in supplying the global medical community with cancer-fighting medical isotopes.
