Assault in Arthur leaves victim with life-altering injuries

An assault in Arthur left one person with life-altering injuries.
Wellington OPP said in a statement Tuesday they were called to an apartment complex on Edward Street on January 15th for reports of an altercation between two residents of the building.
A 37-year-old man from Arthur is now charged with aggravated assault and was remanded into custody.
