Hanover Police arrested a 60-year-old Brockton woman they allege blew twice the legal limit.
In a tweet Saturday, Chief Christopher Knoll said a vehicle "crashed with speed into a stopped vehicle waiting for oncoming traffic to turn left."
Knoll said the woman told officers she'd only had one drink.
She is also accused of driving while suspended.
