The Huron-Kinloss Fire Department wants to ensure it's meeting the needs of the community.
The fire department says it has a team of dedicated full-time and volunteer personnel that operates the Ripley and Lucknow Fire stations, ready to respond to emergencies and calls for assistance.
It is creating a 10 year, community-driven fire master plan which will be used to guide operational improvements and service enhancements. It has hired consulting company Emergency Management Group to assist on the project.
Residents are being asked to complete a survey to help ensure the fire department continues to meet the diverse needs of residents. The deadline to complete the survey is November 7, 2022.
