Three hospitalized following motorcycle and pick up truck collision in Kincardine

A two vehicle crash on Highway 21 at Kincardine Avenue sent three people to hospital.  South Bruce OPP, Kincardine Fire and Emergency Services and Bruce County Emergency Medical Services responded to a collision between a pick up truck and a motorcycle on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at 2:51 p.m.

The motorcycle driver was airlifted to a London hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.  The motorcycle passenger was airlifted to a London hospital with life-threatening injuries. The pick-up driver was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Highway 21 and Kincardine Avenue were closed at the incident location for the protection of emergency responders. The roads have since re-opened to traffic.

Members of the OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) unit are assisting the South Bruce OPP with this investigation. The investigation is in the early stages, updates will be provided as they become available.
