Juno-winning singer-songwriter to perform in Huron County

Huron Waves has announced Juno-winning singer-songwriter William Prince is stopping in Huron County on his way home from the UK to perform an “intimate concert”.

It’s happening in the Ballroom at Dark Horse Estate Winery in South Huron on Thursday, June 23rd at 7:30pm.

Opening for Prince will be a rising star from Cape Breton. Mi’kmaq fiddler Morgan Toney, 22, is new to fiddling (he began as a drummer) but he has already won two East Coast Music Awards for his debut record. Toney will be accompanied by producer, musician, and songwriter Keith Mullins.

Hosting the concert will be Canadian actor and Academy Award nominee Graham Greene. Greene has  received the Order of Canada for his achievements as a pioneering and versatile actor of the stage and screen.

Tickets are on sale now, and will be available at the door while supplies last.

Huron Waves is a new Music Festival offering music programming from June 1 - 26, 2022.
