Environment Canada has ended a wind warning for Huron, Perth, Grey, and Bruce counties.
The national weather agency said a strong southwest wind could develop late Sunday morning or early afternoon as a cold front moved through southern Ontario.
Wind gusts of 80 to 90 kilometres per hour were possible alongside thunderstorms that may have produced localized wind gusts over 100 kilometres per hour.
The agency also warned of possible widespread power outages.
Wellington county remains under the wind warning.
