South Bruce Peninsula opens new virtual portal

People in The Town of South Bruce Peninsula can now access the municipality's new online Virtual Town Hall customer portal. A media release says the easy-to-use tool allows property and business owners to conveniently access their accounts virtually.

The online service assists with several aspects of Town taxes and utilities including access to tax accounts, balances, transactions and assessments.

People can register for their account at: townhall.southbrucepeninsula.com/

“This new online service is something our ratepayers have been asking for, it allows them to conduct much of their Town business at their convenience” says Mayor Jackson.

People will need their name and account number located on their tax or utility Bill to activate their account.

1. Go to townhall.southbrucepeninsula.com/ 2. Click "Activate your account." 3. Fill out the required information. You can find your Roll Number and Account Number on your Property Tax Bill or Utility Bill. 4. Submit your information. You will receive an email to activate your account. 5. Activate your account using the link in the email. 6. Return to townhall.southbrucepeninsula.com and log-in using your account information. 7. You can now check your account information and pay your Property Tax Bill or Utility Bill by clicking the green pay button. 8. Fill out your credit card information and submit. You will receive an emailed receipt once the payment has been processed.
